More Than Just A Meal: Southern Colorado Agencies Offer Food & Fellowship to the Hungry
Across Southern Colorado, more families need help getting food this Thanksgiving.
The head of Pueblo Cooperative Care Center, our area’s largest distributor of free food, says demand is up about 26% from a year ago.
This Thanksgiving, many organizations are teaming up to offer our diverse population of hungry and impoverished in the area. They will serve impoverished children, the working poor, low-income seniors, the sick, the disabled, the homeless, and other at-risk groups.
