Monday morning an SUV crashed into two parked vehicles on North Nevada Avenue after an attempt to avoid a head-on collision with an oncoming car. Two men were crushed in between their van and another vehicle, according to a Colorado Springs Police Department spokesperson. One of the men lost his life while the other suffered severe leg injuries. The accident occurred around 9:00 a.m.
